100% Genuine Vintage 9k Solid Yellow Gold 0.10 carats Sapphire Gypsy. Large 0.10 carats Natural Sapphire. 6 smaller natural clear quartz, 3 one either side of the sapphire. Ested by Jeweller, Genuine Gold Guaranteed. Facing width - 5.5 mm. Stone dimension - 3mm (centre). Please ask if any question. All items I sell are real solid gold.
