Central sardonyx cameo of a forget me not surrounded by seed pearls, the shoulders finished with fine hand chasing & black enamel. To the back of the gallery a glass locket area with the hair of a loved one, still intact, this is so often missing in a ring of this age.

The British Southern Cross Expedition, crosses the Antarctic Circle. One petal of the flower sadly missing, but it is so small it does not detract from the overall appearance of this ring, please see photographs. Near excellent condition with light surface marks that are consistent with genuine age, use & polishing.
