This is a lovely Georgian ring which is a Georgian period mourning ring conversion, which would once have been a brooch. The ring is in great condition for its age. There are no visible hallmarks, not uncommon for the era, but has been fully tested for 9 carat rose gold, and has been inset with fine hand painted contemporary skull miniature, and surrounded by original Georgian period seed pearls and original period crystal. The boxes pictured are for display only, but will be sent securely packaged and nicely boxed. The ring is approximately size (US 6.1/2) (UK M 1/2). The ring is truly a very unique item.
