Bespoke 18ct gold emerald & diamond Byzantine design panel ring. This stunning 18ct gold ring is designed as a bead detail and gem set Byzantine style panel. Set with a central 3.4 mm brilliant cut diamond and flanked by two 3.5 mm square emeralds in rub over settings. The ring face measures 12 mm x 20 mm. With stepped shoulders, a plain shank and beautiful pierced scroll detail gallery.
